The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Georgia, Jan Yanch.

At the introductory meeting, the State Minister provided the Ambassador with the information about the situation on the occupied territories. She also talked about the situation in the villages along the dividing lines, problems and needs of the population, the human rights violations.

Ketevan Tsikhelashvili informed the guests about the principles of Georgia’s peace policy, in details talked about the reconciliation and engagement policy, underlined the importance of the steps towards confidence building.

The sides also set future cooperation plans.
