"I would like to congratulate every woman in Georgia, regardless of their ethnic or religious affiliation, on March 8 and wish you happy, full of joy, a delightful life in a peaceful and united Georgia.
"Especially I want to congratulate women living along the dividing lines, because they are the examples of strength and endurance. Every day they are facing a lot of challenges and overcome many difficulties. Despite this they are worthy citizens of this country, they are fruitful in their work and they are fighting for a better future for their children.
"I also congratulate women, mothers and teachers living in Gali and Akhalgori, who are under special pressure and their rights are violated every day. These people are heroes of our time. I want to express my great respect for them and tell them - we are with you".
The State Minister Ketevan Tsikhelashvili
