Children living in the villages along the dividing lines will attend the events of Independence Day

By the initiative and organizing of the Office of the State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality children living in the villages along the dividing lines – from Shida Kartli municipalities (Kareli, Kaspi and Gori districts) will take part in the events held at Rustaveli Avenue on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the restoration of Independence of Georgia.

Pupils will attend the ceremony of military swearing by the conscripts on Freedom Square. Also their introductory meeting with State Minister Ketevan Tsikhelashvili is planned.

The youth will visit the exposition of the Georgian diplomatic history presented on Rustaveli Avenue and will meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikheil Janelidze. They will also take part in the events of various ministries and agencies.
