On 7 June, the 87th Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM) meeting took place in Ergneti.

The Georgian side, first of all, raised the case of the tragic death of Archil Tatunashvili. The transfer of his internal organs was requested once again.

The attention was paid to the case of Davit Basharuli, who died in uncertain circumstances in the occupied Akhalgori district in 2014.

Participants of the meeting discussed the cases of illegal detentions of citizens of Georgia, the so-called borderization facts, restrictions on freedom of movement for locals and other important issues.

The next Ergneti IPRM meeting will take place on 10 July 2018.
