The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality expressed her deep condolences to U.S. and American People because of passing of former President George H.W. Bush

The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality expressed her deep condolences to U.S. and American People because of passing of former President George H.W. Bush, at the age of 94. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili left a memorable post in the book of condolences in the American Embassy.

“Let me express my deepest condolences to the U.S. and American people for pass away of President George H.W. Bush. He’s been serving his nation with a vision and courage. His outstanding presidency and leadership mattered outside his country as well and all through for free world. His contributions during world’s remarkable historical events, such as dissolution of Soviet Union, end of the Cold War phase and freeing up of nations will never be forgotten”, - wrote the State Minister.

President George H.W. Bush passed away peacefully on November 30, at the age of 94. He had a distinguished career of public service, beginning as a pilot in the U.S. Navy during WWII, and continuing as a Member of Congress, Ambassador to the U.N., Vice President and finally his election as the 41st President of the United States in 1988.
