Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Lia Gigauri attended the event dedicated to the 160th anniversary of Kosta Khetagurov.

Dimitri Sanakoev, the Head of the South Ossetian administration, opened a traditional public holiday "Kostoba" in the courtyard of the Ossetian poet and public figure Kosta Khetagurov's school in the village of Arashferani, Lagodekhi municipality.

Local ensembles gave a concert and horse-racing and competition in wrestling were held within the framework of the public celebration. The guests also had the opportunity to taste Georgian and Ossetian dishes.
