Ketevan Tsikhelashvili met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Georgia Kai Kaarelson.

Ketevan Tsikhelashvili informed the Estonian representatives about the situation near the occupied territories. The so-called Akhalgori route was highlighted. The importance of Estonia’s support for the peaceful resolution of the conflicts was underlined.

The State Minister spoke about the implementation of the peace initiative “A Step to a Better Future” and briefed the diplomat about the steps taken and planned by the Government of Georgia to implement the initiative.

At the meeting the sides also discussed the issue of deepening future cooperation. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili thanked the guests for cooperation.
