KETEVAN TSIKHELASHVILI CONGRATULATES THE JEWS LIVING IN GEORGIA WITH THE PASSOVER CELEBRATION

The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality, Ketevan Tsikhelashvili congratulates a happy Passover to the Jewish community in Georgia.

"I would like to congratulations you on this important holiday - Passover celebration, which denotes the physical and spiritual release of Jews from slavery. This day has a great symbolic role, because it emphasizes the liberty nature of the Jewish people.

I want to wish each of you peace, success and prosperity. In Georgia, Jews have been living for centuries and our friendship is just as long. This friendship is very valuable for everyone. Culture and religion of Jewish citizens are an integral part of our country

I wish you good health and I believe that with the joint efforts, we will defeat coronavirus”, - said Ketevan Tsikhelashvili.
