402 families living along the dividing line received baskets of food and hygiene items

402 families living near the dividing line in Shida Kartli municipalities received baskets of food and hygiene products.

The State Minister Ketevan Tsikhelashvili together with Shida Kartli State Representative Giorgi Khojevanishvili visited families in the village of Mejvriskhevi. 402 families with socially vulnerable children from Gori, Kartli, Kaspi and Khashuri municipalities along the dividing line were given baskets of food and hygiene items.

The project was implemented with the financial support of Duty Free Georgia. Omer Saluri, the director of the company, was also at the scene. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili and Giorgi Khojevanishvili listened to the needs of the population and provided them with information about the measures taken and planned by the Georgian government to prevent COVID-19.
