“We are ready to expand the platform of informal dialogue and cooperation based on common interests with the Abkhaz and Ossetian communities, as well as to discuss various humanitarian and human rights issues with depoliticized approaches and for the benefit of the population.
However, it should be noted that we have never stopped this dialogue to improve the legal and humanitarian situation of the population, including in the context of the COVID-pandemic. There are good results in this regard - we have accumulated positive experiences of cooperation through such dialogue on a number of areas and specific issues. This process will definitely continue in the future, it will become more intensive and all existing informal channels of communication will be used effectively on topics of common interest. Our efforts will be directed towards further diversification of these channels in order to involve all the links of the society in the format of dialogue“.
