The First Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality has met with the Deputy Ambassador of Italian Republic in Georgia Mr. Stefano Crescenzi and representatives of the association “Rondine – Cittadella della Pace.”
The two sides discussed the situation of cultural heritage sights in the occupied territory of Abkhazia, with Mrs. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili discussing related challenges in Abkhazia.
Representatives of the association “Rondine – Cittadella della Pace” have voiced an initiative with regard to the elaboration of joint projects in frames of Georgian-Abkhazian confidence building measures (CBMs).
Association “Rondine – Cittadella della Pace” carries out various inter-cultural working meetings and projects related with the protection of cultural heritage in Abkhazia.
