Ketevan Tsikhelashvili met the Ambassadors of friendly countries in the Council of Europe

The State Minister of Georgia for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Mrs. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili met the Ambassadors of friendly countries in the Council of Europe.
During the meeting they discussed the situation in Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Participants focused on humanitarian issues and human rights protection problems. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili provided the Ambassadors information about the main priorities of the Georgian government's peace policy and initiatives of reconciliation and engagement policy.
The State Minister thanked the diplomats for the support of the Council of Europe. She also noted that special attention is paid to projects supported by the Council of Europe and aimed at confidence building. Ambassadors once again reiterated their support. The meeting took place in Strasbourg and was organized by the Permanent Mission of Georgia to the Council of Europe.
