The meeting was held in Bolnisi Municipality conference hall under the organizational support of the Office of State Minister of Georgia for Reintegration and with the participation of National Screening Center.

Local residents were familiarized with the details of the program by a local centre specialist. To increase the involvement of population in this program, a detailed presentation on the State Cancer Screening Program operating in Kvemo Karltli region was delivered.

The awareness raising meeting with the population of Bolnisi Municipality was held in the frames of "National Concept and Action Plan for Tolerance and Civic Integration 2013". The State Cancer Screening program, which has been operating since 2008 in Georgia, provides free medical checks for every citizen of Georgia.
