Greetings to Assyrian People

For Assyrian people this is a national holiday, which marks beginning of the New Year.

"I would like to congratulate all people of Assyrian origin with this beautiful day of spring, renewal and love and wish them peace and happiness in this year, and beyond", stated the State Minister, adding "I believe that in our multiethnic and multi-confessional country, everything will be done, as it already happens currently, for preserving and supporting further development of your ancient culture and identity".
