Georgian National Defense Executive Course is organized by the Ministry of Defense of Georgia, the Ministry of Defense of Estonia, NATO Professional Development Program and Estonian company Trustcorp. The purpose of the course is to better familiarize representatives of the civil service and wider public with the main directions of Georgia’s security policy, and the reforms underway in the security and defense sectors. Head of the Department for International Organizations and Legal Provision of the Office of the State Minister of Georgia for Reintegration, Mr. Nodar Tangiashvili shared with the course participants the state’s vision on the policy towards the Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions and reviewed the actions taken under the Engagement Strategy, aimed to bridge the gap between communities on the both sides of the division line.
