The training-seminar was attended by staff of The Office of State Minister of Georgia for Reintegration and members of the State Interagency Commission of implementation of the "National Concept on Tolerance and Civil Integration and Action Plan". The first theme of the seminar was "Protection and Promotion of Minority Issues - Minority Policies and Institutions in Europe". The event was held in frames of Council of Europe (CoE / ECMI) program and was conducted by an expert from Latvia, Mr. Boriss Cilevics, MP Latvia, MP Parliamentary Assembly, Council of Europe (PACE).
