On the meeting, First Deputy State Minister Mr. Irakli Porchkhidze talked about current political-economic processes in Georgia and the region, strategy of the Russian Federation towards the region and political, military, financial and social challenges posed by the occupation of Abkhazia and Tskhivali regions. The members of the delegation expressed their interest towards Georgia’s Engagement Strategy.

Representatives of the UK Royal College of Defence Studies visited Georgia in the frames of their study course. They are high-ranking officers and civil servants of different countries.
