The First Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Mr. Petre Kankava participated and delivered a report in the conference "Abkhazia - current condition, challenges and perspectives".
Peter Kankava spoke about the priorities of the reconciliation and engagement policy of the Government of Georgia. He informed the participants about confidence building and reconciliation steps. The First Deputy State Minister also talked about the perspectives and challenges of the peace process, as well as the role of Geneva International Discussions this process.

The members of the Abkhazian government, international organizations, central government of Georgia and representatives of scientific circles took part in this meeting.
The conference was organized by the Government of the A/R of Abkhazia.
