In coordination with the Office of the State Minister of Georgia for Reconciliation and Civic Equality the meeting of the State Interdepartmental Commission was held in Borjomi, where 2017 Action Plan report and 2018 Action plan were discussed. Specific activities and measures on the next year were also identified.

The meeting was opened by the First Deputy Minister of the State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Lasha Darsalia. He also made a presentation of the implementation of the “2017 Action Plan for Civil Integration and State Strategy for Integration”.

During the meeting participants also discussed international mechanisms for the protection of the ethnic minorities rights, challenges in the implementation of the 2017 Action Plan, the primary analysis of the implementation of the two-year action plan etc. In the end of the meeting the discussion was held.

The meeting was held with the support of UN Association and was attended by Lasha Jugheli, Head of the Association Tolerance, Civic Consciousness and Integration Support Program.
