"A terrifying murder of Giga Otkhozoria and the fact that despite the great and unstoppable efforts of the international partners, his murderer is still has not yet been punished, is the real face of the occupation", - said the State Minister of Georgia for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Mrs. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili.

"Two years have passed since the murder of Giga Otkhozoria, which shocked the whole Georgia, each of us. It is hard to say anything to Julietta and Mr. Zurab, who lost their son. To Nino, who has lost a worthy husband, to Keti and Akaki, who lost their father.

A terrifying murder of Giga Otkhozoria and the fact that despite the great and unstoppable efforts of the international partners, his murderer is still has not yet been punished, is the real face of the occupation. The face of the brutality and injustice which victims are Davit Basharuli, Archil Tatunashvili and so many of our young people.

"We are not going to accept this or relax. This issue will be the main in every format, every day, until justice is executed and the murderer will be punished properly.  And in order not to repeat such tragedies and not lose our heroes again, we must continue our efforts to end the occupation and peacefully resolve the conflict", - said the State Minister.
