“We should use all formats and make common efforts in order to fight crime”. Such statement the State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili made while commenting so-called “Khishba – Sigua list”.

"Some organizations and groups may have different reactions on “Otkhozoria-Tatunashvili list”. What is important is that this list, which was prepared according to the relevant resolution of the Parliament, is a list of accused and convicted persons with specific criminal cases. They committed serious crimes against human’s life and rights.

"The task of this list is to promote justice through the establishment of international sanctions, and most importantly, to prevent such offenses. I am absolutely convinced that crime prevention in Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions is in the public interest because the criminal has not got ethnicity. This is the main task. And, no doubt, the murderers must be punished"- said Ketevan Tsikhelashvili.
