The State Minister of Georgia for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili congratulates Muslim citizens of Georgia with the celebration of the Kurban-Bayram.
"I would like to congratulate all the Muslim citizens of Georgia with the holiday of Kurban-Bayram. Islam is an integral part of the multi-confessional culture of our state and this diversity is our wealth. Our state ensures that all citizens could enjoy the right of their confession. I wish this celebration blessed you peace, wellbeing, kindness and success", - said the State Minister.
Kurban-Bayram is a holiday of human care, the victory of good over evil. On this day Muslims support each other, share the food with other people, regardless of their faith.
Kurban Bayram, or the Feast of the Sacrifice lasts for 3 days and is celebrated on 70thday after Ramazan Bayrami.
