On the 10th anniversary of the Russian aggression, the Georgian government's peace initiative "A Step for a Better Future" will be one of the main issues at the NATO-Georgia Commission meeting. The peace initiative has a very high interest and unprecedented support from Brussels, which is clearly reflected in the Commission's Declaration, which was confirmed by the members of the member states within the NATO summit.
The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality will inform the commission members about the peace plan of Georgia. In the NATO headquarters Ketevan Tsikhelashvili will talk about the situation in the occupied regions, including continuous occupation and the violations of human rights on these territories.
Within the visit to Brussels the State Minister will hold several high-level meetings.
