The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili continues meetings in the capital of Austrian on the occupation and new peace initiatives of the Government of Georgia.
Today the main topic of the meeting in the Austrian Foreign Ministry was the peace initiative "A Step to the Better Future". The State Minister informed Austrian diplomats about the specific details of this initiative and talked about the possibility of active participation of the official Vienna in its implementation process.
According to Ketevan Tsikhelashvili, Austrian partners understand the problems caused by Russian occupation.
"The only right way is the vision, which is designed for the well-being of people, which promotes contacts, confidence building and reconciliation. This way should bring us to the unification of people and to the life without artificial barriers", - said the State Minister.
Like other European partners, Austria actively supports the new peace initiative of the Georgian government “A Step to the Better Future".
