The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili delivered a lecture for students at the Heinrich Boell’s Foundation South Caucasus Bureau.

The theme of the lecture was Georgia's reconciliation and engagement policy and the Government's peace initiative "A Step to a Better Future." Ketevan Tsikhelashvili reviewed the situation in the occupied territories and the steps of the Georgian government to alleviate the conditions of the population living on both sides of the dividing lines.

The students received information on the implementation and perspectives of the peace initiative. They talk about the basic aspects of the peace initiative.

At the end of the meeting a discussion was held. The State Minister answered the questions of the participants.

The meeting was held in the framework of the course "War and Peace" initiated by the Heinrich Boell Foundation South Caucasus Bureau.
