The First Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ruslan Abashidze held a meeting at the State Chancellery with Swedish Government Delegation headed by Peter Eriksson, Minister of International Development and Cooperation.

The meeting started with the Irakli Kvaratskhelia’s case, who died a week ago in the occupied Abkhazia. The First Deputy State Minister informed Swedish guests about this issue. 

The Swedish governmental delegation also was provided by the detailed information about the Government's peace initiative "A Step to a Better Future" and talked about the importance of such peace projects. The meeting also touched upon the Geneva talks.

Swedish government delegation will leave Georgia tomorrow.
