Ketevan Tsikhelashvili congratulates the Jews living in Georgia with the Passover celebration

The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili congratulates the Jews living in Georgia with the Passover celebration. 

Passover celebration denotes the physical and spiritual release of Jews from slavery. This day has a great symbolic role, because it emphasizes the liberty nature of the Jewish people. 

"Friendship of Georgians and Jews is unique and precious and it has a centuries-old history. For centuries Georgia is a homeland of Jews and their culture and religion make our country even richer and diverse. I would like to congratulations you on this important holiday, wish each of you peace, success and prosperity”, - said Ketevan Tsikhelashvili.
