6 May 2019
The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili meets the population of Pankisi Gorge in the village of Jokolo. The goal of the meeting is to get information about the challenges and issues that are interesting to the population and answer their questions.

"The government has full readiness to have the most open dialogue and communication, since this is the only way to solve all the issues and get back to the regime, based on trust and very active communication with the population. We should strengthen this communication if we need it and discuss the issues in this mode.

"Today I will hear from the population what they are interested in. We have a Pankisi development plan and a vision in which part of the population is already involved and we can discuss it too. This is not the only meeting and I hope that our communication will continue even more actively", - said Ketevan Tsikhelashvili before the meeting.

Ketevan Tsikhelashvili met with the part of the residents of Pankisi Gorge several days ago in the State Chancellery. During the meeting, which lasted for more than an hour, residents of the Gorge introduced to the State Minister their problem issues and highlighted the necessity of intensifying communication between the Government and the population.
