Such statement made the Head of Department of Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, Former Autonomous District of South Ossetia in connection with the ongoing events in the village of Gugutiantkari. He said about this after got acquainted with the situation on the spot.
According to him, through the State Security Service the EUMM's “Hot line” activated several times yesterday and today and all the organizations are informed.

The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili also responded to the events in Gugutiantkari. According to her, right now the works are suspended.
"Of course, this is illegal and absolutely unacceptable now and in any other case. But in these days it is more provocative and more painfully perceived. Our efforts and the efforts of relevant agencies are aimed at preventing such illegal activities, preventing from their continuing and, if there is any damage to the population, or any obstacles, we should stand near people”, - said Ketevan Tsikhelashvili.
