Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Lia Gigauri visited the villages of Tsitelisopeli, Tsereteli, Tamarisi and Kizilajlo of Marneuli municipality where she met with the local population.

During the informational meetings attended by the representatives of the legislative power and the local self-government, the situation and problems in the region were discussed.

Locals, including the representatives of ethnic minorities, spoke in detail about their needs. Government officials answered their question thoroughly.

“We have already held informational meetings in different municipalities. This is very important as it enables us to get information from the population about their problems. Today we listened to the evaluations of the ongoing projects and jointly identified new priorities”, - said Lia Gigauri.
