The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality met with Rudolf Michalka, OSCE Representative in Geneva International Negotiations, and Kate Ferron, the Acting Head of the EU Monitoring Mission.

The OSCE Chairman-in-Office’s Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the State Minister discussed several important and topical issues during the meeting. Including the agenda of the Geneva discussions. The meeting focused on the humanitarian crisis caused by the closure of the Akhalgori so-called checkpoint and human rights violations in the occupied territories.

The State Minister underlined the special role of the EUMM in maintaining peace and stability on the ground.
