The First Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Mrs. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili took part into the 5th Foreign Policy Forum in Berlin, arranged on 9-10 November.
Approximately 200 high-profile politicians, government representatives, experts and journalists attended the event. The Foreign Minister of Germany Mr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier opened the forum.
Addressing the conference participants, Mrs. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili provided information on current situation in the occupied territories. She also spoke about Georgia’s EU integration process and prospects for cooperation.
Berlin Foreign Policy Forum was established in 2011 and runs annually. The topic for 2015 conference was the expected challenges for European foreign policy, future of relations between the West and Russia and potential developments in the Middle East.
