Under the arrangement of the State Minister’s Office for Reconciliation and Civic Equality, representatives of National Assessment and Examinations Centre and MIA Academy have met with ethnic minority entrants in Marneuli.
Approximately 100 pupils into their 12th year attended the meeting. Representatives of National Assessment and Examinations Centre gave an overview on novelties of National Examinations and 1+4 Programme. Besides, representative of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia gave a presentation on the topic “BA Programme in Law” and answered the questions of the entrants.
Mr. Zaur Dargali, Representative of the State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality in Kvemo Kartli, Mrs. Maia Gabunia, Logistics Coordinator of the National Assessment and Examinations Centre and Mr. Mamuka Koiava the Head of District Inspectors’ faculty of MIA Academy took part into the meeting.
1+4 Programme runs in Georgia since 2010. Representatives of ethnic minority entrants undergo one year of preparatory course in Georgian language after enrollment into their native language. After the successful completion of the course, they continue their study from class 1st from the second year.
