The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Mr. Paata Zakareishvili met with the Ambassador of French Republic to Georgia H.E. Pascal Meunier.
At the meeting, the State Minister spoke about current situation in the occupied territories and peaceful ways of conflict settlement. The discussion also concerned the importance of Geneva International Discussions and the need for its sustainability.
Mr. Paata Zakareishvili emphasized the engagement of European Union and the important role of France into the non-recognition policy of Georgia’s occupied territories.
In his part, Ambassador Meunier noted that France supports territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia.
