The First Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Mr. Petre Kankava took part into the festival, dedicated to distinguished Ashugh Jivani (Serob Stepani Levonian) in village Kartsakhi of Akhaltsikhe municipality.
The First Deputy State Minister attended the opening ceremony of Jivani Museum and the concert, later meeting with local authorities and community leaders.
Mr. Kankava also held a meeting with Mr. Artur Pogosyan, the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Armenia, who was the invited guest of the festival.
