The First Deputy State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Mr. Petre Kankava held an introductory meeting with Mr. Erik Hoeeg, the Deputy Head of Mission of EUMM.
The meeting covered the issues of EU role into the peaceful settlement of the conflict, the current situation and challenges in Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions, including the cases of human rights violation.
The First Deputy State Minister extended his thanks to Mr. Erik Hoeeg for the contribution of EUMM into the conflict settlement process and expressed hope for deepening future cooperation.
