„I would like to congratulate our Armenian compatriots with the Feast of the Nativity and Theophany of our Lord. This is a special holiday for Christians. I would like to wish them peace, success, well-being in families and in the whole country. Our government will continue its efforts in order to make all our citizens - regardless of their ethnic and religious affiliation – feel themselves equal and secure and have the opportunity to express freely their own identity and religion. Right now we are in the district, which is one of the most unique places in the world, because here we have different religions and cultures. It’s like an alive chronicler of the history and we are proud of it“, - said the State Minister.
The Divine Liturgy was served by the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan.
The Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church celebrates the Feast of the Nativity and Theophany of our Lord on January 6th.
