Ketevan Tsikhelashvili met with the delegation of US Air Force College of Armed Forces

The State Minister of Georgia for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Mrs. Ketevan Tsikhelashvili met with the delegation of US Air Force College of Armed Forces.


The State Minister provided them with the information about the situation on the occupied regions of Georgia, issues of security and humanitarian challenges. She also talked about the priorities of Georgian government’s peace policy. Tsikhelashvili underlines the importance of international partners, especially, USA.
“The United States is Georgia’s strategic partner and the peaceful policy is one of the main issues of the Charter. As well as the security issues, confidence building and the restoration of contacts between people”, - said the State Minister.

In addition to Georgia, the delegation of the Air Force College of the US Armed Forces visited Ukraine and Moldova. Members of the delegation met with the representatives of Government and civil society. The purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with the political, military, economic and cultural situation in the Black Sea region.
